Once PayPal has confirmed the successful payment and provided you with access to the download link, either through automatic redirection or a subsequent email from us, it will not be possible to request a refund or return.

Please ensure that the email address you provided during the purchase has enough space to receive messages, so that you can properly receive the payment receipt, and we can resend the download links to your inbox in case you were unable to download the product in time or accidentally closed the link.

We will resend the download links to the email address you provided at the time of purchase, once we have verified your transaction. This process may take from a few minutes up to a maximum of 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (typically completed within 2 days).
