Clarifications for the Haters Community
Some questions I frequently receive (I’ll phrase them politely)

1. Why does it take you so long to release each product?
I am an independent creator, a family man, and responsible for every part of the process: recording, design, programming, and funding. My monthly income barely covers the basics, and every sale or extra work goes directly into sustaining Heroes Sound. I can’t compete with multinational companies.

2. Why don’t you make it free or for Kontakt Player?
• The free versions had thousands of downloads… but zero donations.
• Publishing on Kontakt Player requires $1000 per product, in addition to the cost of acquiring licenses, which is another expense. It’s economically unfeasible for an independent creator.
• Ironically, the Haters who message me in a rude manner, demanding I release my products for Kontakt Player to acquire them, are the same people who downloaded my free versions that were meant for Kontakt Full.
